The Company’s dividend payment policy is for each fiscal year, where cash dividend payments are based on the profit level obtained by the Company in the relevant fiscal year, while taking into account the financial position or health level of the Company and without prejudice to the rights of the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders. Notwithstanding the Company’s dividend policy, there is no guarantee that the Company will pay dividends in a particular fiscal year. The decision of the Board of Directors recommending the payment of dividends is based on several factors, including the amount of the Company’s net profit, the availability of reserve funds, working capital requirements and capital expenditure requirements for the period and the Company’s future prospects.
